Peppermint essential oil 25 ml - Mirrolla (mjata)(мята)

Mirrolla Peppermint Essential Oil (Eeterlik õli piparmündi) is a 25 ml bottle of pure peppermint (Mentha piperita) oil obtained by steam distillation of the aerial parts of the plant. Peppermint is one of the most recognised aromatic plants in European herbal tradition, valued for centuries for its bright, cooling scent and its versatility in home aromatherapy, sauna rituals and natural cosmetics.

The characteristic effect of this oil comes from its naturally high content of menthol and menthone. Menthol activates the cold-sensitive TRPM8 receptors in the skin and mucous membranes, which the brain interprets as a pleasant cooling sensation — without any actual temperature change. This is why peppermint oil feels refreshing on the temples, neck or shoulders when diluted in a carrier oil, and why its aroma is often described as clearing and invigorating during periods of mental fatigue or long working hours.

The Mirrolla bottle is intended for external and aromatic use. Typical scenarios include:

• Aroma diffusion — 2–4 drops in an ultrasonic diffuser or aroma lamp to freshen a room and create a focused atmosphere while studying or working.
