OstroVit Choline + Inositol is a food supplement with two active ingredients, containing choline and myo-inositol. Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and contributes to normal lipid metabolism and normal homocysteine metabolism.
The recommended daily dose contains 300 mg of choline bitartrate and 300 mg of myo-inositol. Inositol is a vitamin-like compound that is also naturally found in fruits and vegetables, nuts and cereals. The convenient tablet-form food supplement contains 120 tablets, enough for 60 days.
