OstroVit Inositol Plus is a food supplement containing two forms of inositol, myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol, as well as active folate (vitamin B9). Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol are vitamin-like compounds that occur naturally in the body. In the food supplement, they are combined in a 40:1 ratio.
The formula is complemented by folate in the form of calcium L-methylfolate (L-5-MTHF). Folate contributes to normal amino acid synthesis, normal blood formation, normal homocysteine metabolism and the normal function of the immune system. Folate also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports normal psychological function. The daily dose contains 2480 mg of myo-inositol, 62 mg of D-chiro-inositol and 600 µg of folate. The pack contains 120 capsules, which is enough for 30 days.
