Novasweet Stevia Sugar Substitute is a premium natural zero-calorie sweetener in convenient tablet form. The sweetness is derived entirely from natural stevia leaf glycosides (steviol glycosides) — the sweet-tasting compounds extracted from the South American plant Stevia rebaudiana. Stevia is approximately 200–300 times sweeter than sucrose, which means a very small amount delivers the sweetness of a full teaspoon of sugar with no calories and no impact on blood glucose levels.
One tablet corresponds in sweetness to 1 teaspoon (5 g) of sugar. The product is recommended for use in low-calorie diets and is suitable for people with diabetes. Contains no saccharin, no cyclamates and no GMO ingredients. Each pack contains 150 tablets (9 g).
