The formula contains 50% urea, shea butter and natural oils. Urea helps soften the skin and reduce keratinisation, while shea butter and natural oils support skin moisturising, nourishment and regeneration.

USE: Gently massage the mask into clean and dry foot skin, paying special attention to cracked and keratinised areas. For a stronger effect, put on cotton socks after application for 30 minutes or overnight. Use systematically for 14 days, then 2-3 times a week to maintain the result.

The Nivelazione Restoring Urea Foot Mask with 50% urea is an intensive treatment designed for very dry, rough and cracked skin on the feet — especially heels, balls of the feet and areas exposed to constant pressure or friction. It comes in a practical 75 ml tube, making it easy to apply at home without extra tools.
The key active ingredient is urea at a high 50% concentration. Urea is a natural component of the skin's own moisturising factor (NMF). At low concentrations it works as a humectant, drawing water into the upper layers of the epidermis. At very high concentrations — like in this mask — it shifts function and becomes keratolytic: it gently dissolves the bonds between dead, hardened skin cells. In practice this means thickened calluses and rough patches soften, loosen and can be removed much more easily with a pumice stone or foot file. The skin underneath feels smoother and more elastic.
This format is particularly useful for people who deal with stubborn hyperkeratosis — deep cracks on the heels, persistent calluses from sports or standing work, or feet that simply do not respond to ordinary moisturising creams. A 50% urea mask sits between cosmetic products and professional podiatry treatments, offering a strong at-home option between salon visits.
It fits well into a weekly foot regimen: cleanse and dry the feet, apply a generous layer of the mask to problem areas, leave it on for the time indicated on the packaging, then mechanically remove softened skin and rinse.
