"NIKSEN" Senna Forte is a food supplement containing standardised senna extract (Cassia angustifolia / Senna alexandrina).
One tablet contains 15 mg of sennosides. The product is intended for adults aged 18 years and over and is taken in the evening with a meal and a sufficient amount of water.

INGREDIENTS: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, standardised senna extract (Cassia angustifolia / Senna alexandrina), modified wheat starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b) and silicon dioxide (E551).
RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Adults aged 18 years and over: 1–2 tablets daily in the evening with a meal and a sufficient amount of water.

The daily portion, i.e. 2 tablets, contains:
- Sennosides 30 mg
WARNINGS: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Not recommended for children under 18 years of age, pregnant women or breastfeeding women. Do not use in case of diarrhoea. Long-term use is not recommended without the advice of a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. In case of allergic reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

- - 0 people found this helpfulI used to buy senna in tea bags, but I really do not like the taste of the herbal infusion. The tablets are much easier: I take one in the evening, with no bitterness and no need to brew anything. I use them only occasionally, when drinking more water, walking and eating more vegetables have not helped. The pack is quite large, so it should last a long time.
