The water should not boil. Lamp operating time: from 20 minutes to 2 hours. Do not leave a burning lamp unattended. Add water as needed.

Aroma pendant: Pour 3-5 drops of oil or a mixture of oils into an aroma pendant and wear it around your neck throughout the day.

Aromatic baths. Fill the bathtub with water at a comfortable temperature. Stir the essential oil into the base (sea salt, milk, kefir) in the following proportions:

• For a full bath – 8 drops for general strengthening, 10-13 for healing

• For a sitz bath – 2 drops for restorative, 4 for health-improving

• For hands and feet – 4 drops of oil per container.

Bath time is 10-20 minutes.

Compresses. Dissolve up to 5 drops of essential oil or a mixture of oils in the base (as for baths) in 1 glass of water. Moisten a cotton cloth with this solution and apply it to the desired location for 2 hours. Water for compresses for rheumatic, muscle or joint pain should be hot (40-45 C). Cover with film and hold until compared with body temperature. After the compress has cooled, remove the film, wipe with a dry towel and wrap in a dry and warm cloth to retain heat.

Cold compresses are made with chilled water or ice. Help with headaches (place on the forehead or back of the head), sprains, swelling and bruises.

Massage and rubbing. Stir essential oil (3-5 drops per 10 ml) into vegetable cosmetic oil or cream, apply to the skin, then massage in accordance with the condition of the body.

Enrichment of shampoos, shower gels, creams: add 2-3 drops of oil or mixture of oils per 10-15 grams of enriched product.

AromaSaules AROMASaules Natural Essential Oil ANISE 10 ml is a pure anise essential oil used in home aromatherapy and for cosmetic blends. People usually choose anise oil for its warm, sweet-spicy aroma that creates a calmer atmosphere, especially in the evening or during periods of mental strain. It is also appreciated in room diffusion when the air feels heavy, and in practical use as a strongly scented oil that insects tend to avoid.

The main value of anise essential oil lies in its aromatic compounds, especially anethole, which gives anise its characteristic scent. In plain terms, these volatile plant substances interact with our sense of smell very quickly, which is why essential oils are often used to influence the mood of a room and the overall sensory impression. In diluted cosmetic use, anise oil is added to massage blends, baths, or body products when a warming, relaxing note is desired. Its intense aroma can also help mask stale indoor smells and make seasonal diffuser blends feel fuller and softer.

What makes this product interesting is its versatility. AromaSaules essential oil can fit different scenarios: in an aroma lamp for a restful evening, in a properly diluted body oil for a warming massage, or in small amounts in cosmetic bases such as shower gel or cream to add a distinctive herbal-spice note. Anise has a long history of traditional use in herbal and aromatic practice, especially in blends intended for the colder season, where rich, enveloping scents are often preferred.

Because anise essential oil is concentrated, it is best used sparingly and always diluted before applying to the skin. It may not suit very sensitive skin or people who react strongly to fragranced products. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, and use extra caution during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or when choosing essential oils for children. If you are unsure whether this AromaSaules essential oil suits your regimen, start with a very small amount.
