Aroma'Saules natural bath salt with conifers is enriched with the unique mineral bishofit, containing magnesium, sodium, potassium, and calcium. Thanks to its high content of macro- and microelements in ionic form, this salt is ideal for relaxing and wellness water treatments.
The fresh scent of a coniferous forest helps relieve fatigue and tension, creating a SPA atmosphere at home. Recommended for baths, local soaks, and compresses. The treatments gently care for the skin and enrich it with minerals.
Usage recommendations
- Bath: dissolve 0.5 L of ready solution in 100–150 L of water (36–39 °C), duration 10–20 minutes.
- Local baths: 15–20 minutes, do not rinse off moisture after the procedure.
- Foot and hand baths: add the salt to warm water according to package instructions.
- Compresses: use bishofit solution heated to 38–40 °C, leave overnight.
Attention! For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children.
Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride, Pinus Sylvestris Leaf Oil.
What This Bath Salt Is
AROMASaules Magneesium vannisool OKASPUU 1 kg is a magnesium bath salt for body and bath rituals, chosen when you want a warm soak that helps the body unwind after a long day, physical effort, or cold weather. Its conifer scent gives the water a fresh forest character, so the bath feels less like a simple wash and more like a home SPA moment.
Key Components
- Bishofit — a mineral source of magnesium chloride that naturally contains other mineral elements. In water, these minerals are present in ionic form, meaning they dissolve into charged particles. Bishofit disperses well in warm water, creating a mineral-rich bath environment that feels pleasant on the skin.
- Pinus sylvestris leaf oil (pine needle oil) — gives this bath salt its characteristic woody, resinous aroma. Pine scents have long been used in sauna and bathing traditions across Northern and Baltic regions, creating a fresh, clear feeling in the air.
When People Choose It
This bath salt suits a variety of situations and can fit well into an evening regimen or whenever the body feels heavy and the mind overstimulated:
- After sport or physical effort
- After long hours on your feet
- After travel
- During cold weather, when a warm soak feels restorative
- As an alternative to strongly perfumed foams — the formula focuses on minerals plus a single essential oil note
It is suitable not only for a full bath, but also for foot baths, hand soaks, and local water procedures. The skin is left feeling soft rather than coated, while the warm water itself adds a sense of ease.
Important Notes
- For external use only.
- Start gently if you have sensitive skin.
- Avoid use on irritated or damaged skin.
- If you are pregnant, have a skin condition, or are sensitive to essential oils, check first whether this kind of bath product is suitable for you.

Customer Questions
For a standard full bathtub, a typical starting point is 100–150 grams of salt, which is roughly a large handful or half a cup. The goal is to dissolve enough bishofit (the magnesium chloride mineral source) to create a pleasant, mineral-rich environment in the water. You can adjust this amount based on personal preference for mineral concentration and scent intensity from the pine needle oil. For a foot bath or hand soak, using a much smaller amount—about 30–50 grams (or a heaped tablespoon)—is sufficient to achieve a similar mineral effect in a smaller volume of water. Since the product disperses well in warm water, ensure you stir or swish the water a few times as the salt dissolves. Using more than the suggested amount is not harmful but may leave a slightly slicker feel on the skin due to the higher mineral content. Always start with a lower amount if you have sensitive skin to see how your skin responds.
The conifer scent from Pinus sylvestris leaf oil is designed to create a fresh, clear atmosphere during your bath, much like the traditional sauna experience it references. The aroma is present and noticeable while you are soaking and for a short while in the steamy bathroom, but it is not formulated to be a long-lasting perfume that clings heavily to dry skin. After you towel off, you may notice a very subtle, clean woody hint, but it typically fades within an hour or so. This makes it unlikely to clash significantly with your regular body lotion, deodorant, or perfume applied afterward. If you prefer a fragrance-free post-bath routine, you can simply shower briefly with plain water after soaking to remove any residual scent and mineral film. The product’s focus is on the in-bath experience and the mineral soak, not on leaving a lasting perfume.
If you have sensitive or reactive skin, it’s wise to introduce any new bath product gradually. Start by using a smaller amount than recommended—perhaps 30-50 grams for a full bath or just a tablespoon for a foot bath. This allows you to test your skin’s reaction to both the dissolved magnesium chloride minerals and the pine needle essential oil without overwhelming it. Ensure the bath water is comfortably warm, not hot, as heat can itself be irritating. Limit your first soak to 10-15 minutes. After bathing, pat your skin dry and observe for any signs of redness, itching, or discomfort over the next few hours. The product is designed to leave skin feeling soft, but if you experience any tightness or dryness, you can follow with a simple, fragrance-free moisturizer. Avoid using it on areas with active irritation, cuts, or sunburn. If you have known allergies to essential oils or a specific skin condition, consulting a dermatologist or doing a patch test on a small area of skin (like the inner forearm) before a full bath is a prudent step.
Yes, you can still benefit from this product without a traditional bathtub. The most straightforward method is to use it for a focused foot soak or hand soak. Simply dissolve the recommended smaller amount (30-50 grams) in a basin or large bowl of warm water and soak for 15-20 minutes. This is particularly suitable after long hours on your feet or during cold weather. Another method is to create a steamy, aromatic shower experience. Place a tablespoon of salt in a small, heat-safe bowl on the floor of your shower (away from direct water spray). As the hot shower water hits it and creates steam, the pine scent will be released into the air, and you can use the damp salt to gently exfoliate your shoulders or feet before rinsing. While you won't get the full-body mineral immersion of a bath, these methods allow you to incorporate the relaxing scent and local mineral contact into your routine.
