Miko Spray Antibacterial Menthol Foot Spray is a cosmetic foot hygiene spray formulated for preventive care of the feet, particularly after visits to public places where foot hygiene is important — swimming pools, gyms, saunas, communal showers and changing rooms. The formula contains Undecylenamidopropyltrimonium Methosulfate — a quaternary ammonium surfactant derived from undecylenic acid — as the active cleansing and antibacterial component, combined with menthol for a refreshingly cooling aromatic sensation. Hydrogenated castor oil acts as an emulsifier and skin-conditioning agent.
The spray format delivers an even, targeted application on the soles of the feet, between toes and on the inner surfaces of footwear. Menthol contributes a pleasant, cooling, freshening sensation after application. Free from alcohol. 100 ml spray bottle.

What This Spray Does
FitoSila Miko Spray Antibacterial Menthol Foot Spray is a foot hygiene spray for people who want fresher-feeling feet and cleaner footwear after the gym, pool, sauna or communal showers. It is designed for preventive use in situations where warmth and moisture can leave the skin feeling less fresh, especially on the soles and between the toes.
Key Ingredients
- Undecylenamidopropyltrimonium Methosulfate — an antibacterial surfactant derived from undecylenic acid that helps cleanse the skin surface and reduce the buildup of unwanted microbes on feet and inside shoes.
- Menthol — adds a cooling, refreshing sensation, appreciated after sports, long hours in closed footwear or visits to humid public spaces.
The formula is also alcohol-free, giving a fresh effect without the sharp sting that alcohol-based sprays can cause on sensitive or recently shaved skin.
Practical Format and Who It Suits
The spray distributes the product evenly without the need to touch the feet with your hands, making it easy to reach the spaces between the toes and the inner surface of footwear. It suits:
- Active people and those who exercise regularly
- Anyone who wears trainers or work shoes for many hours
- People who use public changing rooms, pools or saunas
How to Use
- Wash and dry the feet thoroughly.
- Apply the spray and let it dry naturally.
- Spray the inside of shoes to help keep them fresher between wears.
Important Notes
- Avoid use if you know you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
- Do not apply to the eye area.
- If skin irritation occurs, stop using the product.
- For external use only.

Customer Questions
One of the primary advantages of this spray is that it is formulated without alcohol. This is a significant detail for users with sensitive skin or those who have recently shaved their legs, as alcohol-based products can often cause a sharp stinging sensation or dryness. Instead, the formula relies on Undecylenamidopropyltrimonium Methosulfate, an antibacterial surfactant derived from undecylenic acid, to cleanse the skin surface and reduce microbial buildup without the harshness associated with alcohol.
For the best results, proper application technique is key. Start by washing and thoroughly drying your feet. Moisture can dilute the product and reduce its effectiveness, so ensure your skin, especially between the toes, is completely dry before application. Once dry, spray the product directly onto the soles and between the toes. The spray format is designed to distribute the product evenly without requiring you to touch your feet with your hands, which helps maintain hygiene.
While the primary function of the Undecylenamidopropyltrimonium Methosulfate is to cleanse the skin and reduce unwanted microbes, menthol serves a different but complementary purpose. It is included to provide a cooling and refreshing sensation on the skin. This sensory benefit is particularly appreciated by active individuals, athletes, or anyone who has spent long hours in closed footwear, trainers, or work shoes.
