Magnesium helps muscles to relax and reduce muscle tension. Reduces general stress and improves sleep quality. One of the most effective ways to reduce magnesium deficiency is to absorb it through the skin. Making foot baths with magnesium flakes is ideal for this.
Usage:
For a foot bath, put 100-150 g of flakes per 4 l, water temperature 37 degrees. It is recommended to take a bath for at least 20 minutes. The bath should be taken as a course 2-3 times a week.
A course of baths gives the whole body a faster effect in alleviating magnesium deficiency. In this case, 500 g to 1 kg of flakes should be added to the bath water. The bath should last at least 20 minutes.
Crevil Magneesiumihelbed 1 kg are magnesium flakes for bath and foot soak use, chosen by people who want an easy way to relax tired muscles after sport, long hours on their feet, or periods of tension. Warm water itself helps the body unwind, and magnesium baths add a mineral element many people associate with a calmer, looser feeling in the legs and body.
The flakes are used externally, dissolved in water. In a bath or foot soak, magnesium comes into contact with the skin while warmth encourages rest and muscle ease. Many people reach for this format in the evening, after training, during physically demanding weeks, or when they want a more soothing end to the day. Foot baths are especially practical if a full bath is not convenient.
What makes magnesium flakes interesting is the format: instead of a capsule or tablet, this is a topical magnesium product for soaking. That appeals to those who prefer bath rituals or want to combine mineral exposure with the relaxing effect of warm water. In the joints and muscles category, this kind of product is often used as part of a broader recovery regimen alongside stretching, hydration, and good sleep habits.
Crevil magnesium flakes suit adults looking for a simple home option for post-exercise relaxation, heavy legs, or a quiet evening soak. Because this is a concentrated external-use product, it is wise to avoid use on damaged or very irritated skin. If you have very sensitive skin, start with a shorter soak or a smaller amount first. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether mineral baths are suitable for you, ask a healthcare professional before use.
