In addition to glycyrrhizin, liquorice root is rich in flavonoids (liquiritin, isoliquiritin, liquiritigenin, formononetin, glabridin), polysaccharides, triterpenoid acids and phytosterols. Each Swanson capsule provides 450 mg of pure, dried liquorice root, in a conventional hard gelatine capsule shell. N100 capsules (50-day supply at 2 capsules per day).
