Modern medicine has confirmed the presence of a pronounced sedative (calming) effect of motherwort. The calming effect of motherwort is associated with the alkaloids monourin and stachydrine contained in it. The plant has a positive effect on the functional state of the nervous and cardiovascular systems.
Motherwort preparations are used for increased nervous excitability, psychasthenia and neurasthenia accompanied by insomnia, a feeling of tension, and increased reactivity, as well as in vegetative-vascular dystonia and neuroses.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) is necessary for the normal functioning of the central nervous system, helps to get rid of nocturnal muscle spasms, calf muscle cramps, and numbness in the hands. It ensures the normal functioning of the brain, the formation of red blood cells, promotes good sleep by increasing serotonin levels.
COMPOSITION:
sugar, maltodextrin, extract of the heart of a large horned cattle, amorphous silicon dioxide and calcium stearate (anti-caking agents), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
The daily dose (4 tablets) contains:
extract of the heart of a large horned cattle 56.0 mg, vitamin B6 0.3 mg 15.0%*.*NRV-% of the daily recommended norm for adults.
USAGE:
1 tablet 4 times a day with meals for 1 month.
