Incense sticks are recommended to be burned in small rooms with an open window (position of ventilation on the window sill) to prevent the room from filling too much with smoke. The desired aroma from incense appears after it has burned. The atmosphere floating in the air relaxes, uplifts the mood, and calms. After burning, the window should also be closed, then the air will be left with a mixture of fresh air with the scent of frankincense.
Light the incense stick, wait until it starts to glow, and let it burn for a few seconds. Depending on the type of incense sticks, the flame may extinguish by itself, if it does not, gently blow out the flame. Then place the incense stick in the incense holder and let the incense do its job. Do not leave burning incense unattended!
There are about 12 incense sticks in one package. Burning time is about 60-70 minutes.

Place the stick in the holder vertically or at a slight angle, so that the ash falls in one place and does not mark the surface. Bring the flame to the tip and hold it for a few seconds until it catches. Then gently blow out the flame: the stick should smoulder rather than burn with an open flame. If the tip goes out, repeat it; sometimes it does not work the first time.
The Sattva range is inspired by the Ayurvedic tradition, where scents are chosen to suit mood, time of day and type of activity. The sticks suit different situations during the day:
Incense sticks release smoke when they smoulder, and this smoke contains products of combustion. People with increased sensitivity of the airways, an allergy to smoke or to certain plant components should use them with caution, in a well-ventilated room, or refrain from use altogether.
