Ingredients: Lecithin (emulsifier), capsule components: gelatin, iron oxides (food colorant), rice starch, artichoke extract (Cynara scolymus extract), milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum extract), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), amorphous silica and magnesium stearate (anti-caking agents).

Recommended daily intake and dosage: Adults: 1 capsule 2 times per day with meals.
