Planeta Zdorovia Nõmm+liivatee + vit.C is a wild thyme syrup with vitamin C, chosen when you want a soothing herbal option for the cold season. Wild thyme, known as Thymus serpyllum, has a long history in Baltic and Scandinavian herbal use, especially in periods when the throat feels irritated and the upper airways are more sensitive. The syrup form is easy to take, has a pleasantly aromatic taste, and suits both adults and children from 4 years of age.
The main value of wild thyme comes from its naturally occurring aromatic compounds, especially thymol and carvacrol. These plant substances give the herb its characteristic scent and are traditionally appreciated in herbal preparations for the respiratory tract. In simple terms, wild thyme is often used when you want the throat to feel less dry and the airways to feel more at ease during seasonal discomfort. In this product, the herb is provided as a water extract, which makes it a practical form for a syrup.
Vitamin C adds another familiar element to the formula. It is widely used in food supplements during busier periods, colder months, travel, or times when the body is under more physical strain. Combined with wild thyme, it makes this syrup a sensible option for people who prefer classic herbal products rather than capsules or tablets. The mildly spicy herbal taste also makes it easier to include in a family regimen when needed.
This product may suit those who like traditional herbal syrups at the first signs of seasonal throat irritation, after long conversations, or when indoor heating and dry air make the throat feel less comfortable. It is not a medicine, but a food supplement based on a well-known herb with regional tradition behind it.
As with all herbal food supplements, it is worth paying attention to individual sensitivity. Extra caution is sensible during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if there is known sensitivity to plants from the mint family. If you are choosing it for a young child or combining it with other products, follow the label guidance and ask a healthcare professional if unsure.
