Hand Skin Softening Liquid is a cosmetic hand care preparation from the Tula Pharmaceutical Factory, formulated with a classic three-component formula: ammonia solution (ammonium hydroxide), glycerol (glycerin) and ethanol (ethyl alcohol) in a purified water base.
