After you finish shampooing, make sure the hair is fully rinsed and gently remove excess water with a towel. Take a small amount of the balm — roughly the size of a pea for short hair or a walnut for medium to long hair — and rub it between your palms. Apply the product from the mid‑length of the hair down to the ends, focusing on areas that feel rough or look dull. Avoid the scalp; the balm is intended for the lengths only. Use a wide‑tooth comb or your fingers to work through the hair, which helps to detangle and distribute the coating evenly. Rinse the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until no residue remains. The balm is a rinse‑off conditioner, so it should not be left in the hair. You can use the balm two to three times per week, or each time you notice increased tangling or static after washing. If your hair is thick, you may need a slightly larger amount, but start with the smallest quantity and adjust as needed. After rinsing, you can gently pat the hair dry with a towel and proceed with your usual styling routine; the balm does not provide a leave‑in effect, so any additional products should be applied after the hair is dry.
