Unifarma Herbals Sudha Guggul Tablets provide a concentrated extract of Commiphora mukul gum resin — the guggul oleoresin obtained from the "Mukul myrrh tree" (Commiphora wightii, syn. C. mukul), a small, thorny tree native to northern India, Bangladesh and Pakistan, that has been used in the Ayurvedic tradition for thousands of years. Guggul (the purified and processed oleoresin from Commiphora mukul) is one of the most important substances in the Indian Ayurvedic tradition, where "Sudha Guggul" refers to a purified and prepared form of the raw guggul resin subjected to the traditional detoxification process (shodhana) using cow's milk, clarified butter or other media to reduce impurities. The principal bioactive compounds of guggul resin are guggulsterones — Z-guggulsterone and E-guggulsterone — along with guggulipid, diterpenes, sesquiterpenes and gum resins. Each capsule provides 300 mg of guggul resin extract. N60 capsules.

UNIFARMA HERBALS Sudha Guggul tablets are an Ayurvedic herbal food supplement based on purified Commiphora mukul gum resin extract. People usually choose guggul when they are interested in traditional Indian botanicals and want to add a concentrated resin extract to their nutritional regimen. In Ayurveda, guggul has a long history of use and is valued not as a simple herb powder, but as a prepared resin with a distinct place in classic formulas.
What makes this product notable is the Sudha Guggul form. “Sudha” refers to purified and traditionally processed guggul resin. In Ayurvedic practice, raw resin is first refined through a preparation step called shodhana, which is intended to remove unwanted impurities and make the material gentler to use. This matters because guggul is naturally a dense, sticky oleoresin rather than a standard dried plant extract. The key compounds most often discussed in guggul are guggulsterones, together with other resin fractions such as diterpenes and sesquiterpenes. In simple terms, these plant substances are the biologically active parts of the resin that make guggul interesting in herbal supplements.
This kind of supplement may suit adults who prefer herbal capsules over teas, or those exploring Ayurvedic ingredients alongside balanced nutrition and an active lifestyle. It can be a practical option for people who want a measured amount of guggul extract instead of using loose resin or complex multi-herb blends. Because the extract is placed in a capsule, it is easy to include in a consistent supplement plan when advised by a specialist.
A few points are worth keeping in mind. Guggul is an active botanical, so extra caution is sensible if you use thyroid medication, warfarin or other medicines. It is also not a casual choice during pregnancy or breastfeeding without professional advice. If you have a sensitive stomach, use several supplements at once, or are considering long-term use, it is wise to speak with a healthcare professional first.
