Instead, you should wear it over a thin layer of clothing, such as a t-shirt or tank top. This approach helps reduce friction, makes it easier to adjust the fit, and allows you to discreetly use the brace during daily activities or sedentary work without it being overly visible or irritating.
Unlike softer posture correctors that rely on elastic tension, the rigid model provides a firm mechanical fixation.
