You should wear the pre-soaked socks for about 60 to 90 minutes. During this time, the occlusive material keeps the intensive cream formula in close contact with your skin, allowing the active ingredients to work effectively. After use, gently remove the socks. You do not need to rinse your feet. Instead, simply massage any remaining cream into your skin until it is fully absorbed. This leftover film of emollients and occlusives is part of the treatment, as it continues to protect the skin and reduce moisture loss for hours afterwards. For this reason, it's generally advised not to wash your feet with soap immediately after, as this would strip away the beneficial barrier.
