Yes, according to the manufacturer's description, the Desault-type upper-limb immobiliser suits both the right and the left arm — there is no need to buy a separate “right” or “left” version. The set includes three parts: a bandage, a forearm sleeve and a belt that adjusts the fixation of the upper limb. The product is made of breathable fabric (composition — 100 % polyester).
The product card has no step-by-step check; below are general signs of a correct fit (not a manufacturer's instruction). After putting the bandage on, check a few things. The arm should lie in the sleeve without sagging and without a feeling that the forearm is “hanging” on a single pressure point. The belt and bandage must not dig into the armpit area or squeeze the chest when you breathe.
