DR.SHUSTER Sbiten is a honey syrup with spicy herbal extracts and vitamin C, created for hot and cold drinks. It is based on natural flower honey, while mint, ginger, lemon balm, thyme and fir add depth to the flavour. The result is a rich combination of honey sweetness, spices and fresh herbal notes, especially enjoyable during the cold season.

The name “sbiten” itself is linked to the traditional way the drink was prepared: honey, water, herbs and spices were combined, or “beaten together”. Traditionally, sbiten was served hot, with spices, berries, fruits and aromatic herbs added to it. It was valued not only for its warming taste, but also as a drink to support strength during the cold season. The modern DR.SHUSTER format keeps this idea while making it more convenient: simply add the ready-made syrup to a drink.

The main focus is not only on taste. Ginger and thyme are traditionally used in seasonal drinks for their warming effect and respiratory comfort, mint adds a refreshing sensation, and lemon balm softens the herbal profile. Fir extract brings a distinctive coniferous note, making the flavour more expressive than ordinary tea with honey.

The formula also contains vitamin C. It supports the normal function of the immune system, helps protect cells from oxidative stress and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. This is especially relevant in autumn and winter, when the body is more often exposed to cold weather, changing temperatures and seasonal stress.
