Dental Sensitive Fluoride Formula Toothpaste 100ml from the Dental range (manufactured by Rubella Beauty, Rudozem, Bulgaria) is a cosmetic daily toothpaste for sensitive teeth, formulated with two key active agents: calcium chloride (CaCl₂) and sodium fluoride (NaF). Calcium chloride functions by depositing calcium ions into the opened or exposed dentinal tubules of sensitive teeth; when calcium deposits in these channels, the tubule opening is narrowed, which cosmetically reduces the sensitivity sensation that normally occurs when stimuli (cold, heat, acidic food) reach the dentine nerve. Sodium fluoride (the fluoride active agent, at a concentration safe for daily cosmetic dental use) contributes to the prevention of caries (tooth decay) by promoting remineralisation of the tooth enamel surface through fluorapatite formation, which strengthens the enamel mineral structure. USE: Apply a pea-sized amount to the toothbrush. Brush for 2 minutes at least twice daily. Rinse thoroughly. Not for children under 6.
WARNINGS: For dental cosmetic hygiene use only. Children aged 6+ must use with adult supervision — rinse thoroughly, do not swallow. Not for children under 6 years of age. Contains fluoride.
