Dental Family Toothpaste with Propolis and Herbs is a cosmetic daily oral hygiene toothpaste from the Dental range by Rubella Beauty (Bulgaria), formulated with propolis extract and botanical herbs as the principal active additions to the standard oral hygiene base. Propolis is a natural resinous compound collected by honeybees (Apis mellifera) from plant exudates (primarily from buds and bark of poplar, birch and other tree species) and used in the beehive as a structural sealing material and environmental conditioner. Propolis contains a rich complex of flavonoids (apigenin, kaempferol, quercetin, chrysin, galangin), phenylpropanoids (caffeic acid, ferulic acid, cinnamic acid) and terpenoids. The botanical herb complex contributes additional phytochemical components from traditional oral care botanicals. Together, the propolis and herbal complex provides a natural plant-derived complementary conditioning support for gum tissue and tooth surface cosmetic cleansing. The formula strengthens tooth enamel conditioning and helps prevent tartar deposits. The toothpaste is fluoride-free — suitable for persons seeking a fluoride-free option. 100 ml tube.
⚠ Contains propolis (bee product) — not for persons allergic to bee products, propolis or honey.

What it is
Planeta Zdorovia PERE HAMBAPASTA TARUVAIGUGA DENTAL 100 ML is a fluoride-free toothpaste for oral hygiene, chosen by people who prefer a milder formula with propolis and herbs. It is designed for regular brushing while helping keep teeth clean, gums in good condition, and enamel looking stronger and smoother. This type of toothpaste is often suitable for families who want a plant-based alternative within their bathroom essentials.
Key components
- Propolis extract — a resin-like substance collected by bees from tree buds and bark. In nature, bees use it to seal and protect the hive. In toothpaste, propolis is valued for its rich content of plant compounds such as flavonoids and aromatic acids. In simple terms, these substances help create a fresher, cleaner environment in the mouth and complement normal brushing by conditioning the gums and tooth surface.
- Herbal complex — adds further botanical compounds that work alongside propolis, making the formula appealing to those who like herbal hygiene products.
Why people choose it
Another point of interest is the fluoride-free composition. Many people specifically look for a fluoride-free toothpaste because it better matches their personal preferences or family habits. At the same time, the formula is described as helping to reduce tartar build-up and maintain enamel appearance, so it fits well as an option for people who want more than basic cleansing from a toothpaste without turning to overly strong or highly specialized products.
This toothpaste can suit adults and older children who already know how to brush properly and rinse thoroughly. It fits well into morning and evening use, especially for those who enjoy herbal notes and want a toothpaste with propolis as a key feature rather than mint-heavy formulas alone.
Important notes
- Because this is a cosmetic toothpaste, it is not meant to replace professional dental advice when gum or tooth concerns continue.
- Avoid it if you are allergic to propolis, honey, or other bee products.
- Do not swallow.

Customer Questions
This fluoride-free toothpaste is formulated for regular daily use, both morning and evening. It suits adults and older children who have already learned to brush thoroughly and rinse out the paste completely — swallowing should be avoided. Because it contains propolis extract and a herbal complex rather than strong mint or medicinal actives, the flavor is milder and herbal, which many families find more pleasant for shared bathroom use. However, it is not intended for very young children who cannot yet spit reliably. If anyone in the household has a known allergy to propolis, honey, or other bee products, they should not use this paste. For children under 6 or anyone with specific dental conditions, it's best to consult a dentist before switching to a fluoride-free formula.
"Fluoride-free" simply indicates that no fluoride compounds have been added to the formulation. Instead, this toothpaste uses propolis extract — rich in flavonoids and aromatic acids — together with a supporting herbal complex. These botanical ingredients help create a cleaner oral environment and condition the gums and tooth surface during brushing. The product description notes it helps reduce tartar build-up and maintain enamel appearance, but this effect comes from the combination of regular mechanical brushing and the plant-based ingredients, not from fluoride's remineralisation action. If you have a high risk of cavities or your dentist has specifically recommended fluoride toothpaste, discuss the switch with them first. For many people, fluoride-free pastes are a personal preference, and this one is designed to deliver more than basic cleansing while staying within cosmetic oral care.
The formula includes propolis extract and a herbal complex, which are described as conditioning the gums and tooth surface during brushing. Many people with sensitive gums choose herbal, fluoride-free pastes because they avoid strong foaming agents or intense mint flavors that can irritate. However, propolis is a bee product — if you have a known allergy to propolis, honey, pollen, or other bee-derived substances, you should not use this toothpaste. Discontinue use if you notice redness, itching, swelling, or increased sensitivity after brushing. Because this is a cosmetic toothpaste, it is not a treatment for gum disease, periodontitis, or other medical conditions. If gum sensitivity, bleeding, or discomfort persists beyond a couple of weeks, or if you have an existing dental diagnosis, consult a dental professional rather than relying on a cosmetic product alone.
