The formula combines snail slime extract (Cryptomphalus aspersa glycoconjugates) — a popular cosmetic skin-moisturising and conditioning ingredient — with aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis) gel, calendula (Calendula officinalis) extract, propolis extract, arnica (Arnica montana) extract, mallow (Malva sylvestris) extract and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) extract, all in a hydrating vaseline (petrolatum) base. Aloe vera and calendula are among the most universally used botanical ingredients in cosmetics for their gentle soothing, conditioning and moisturising properties on sensitive skin. Propolis contributes nourishing and skin-conditioning properties. The vaseline base creates a protective, occlusive barrier that helps to retain moisture and support the skin barrier of the face and chapped lips.
