Composition: Hydrolyzed collagen (collagen peptides), hyaluronic acid, vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), mango flavor, sweetener sucralose, biotin (D-biotin), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
The maximum daily dose (12 g) contains collagen peptides 11790 mg, hyaluronic acid 106 mg, vitamin B5 60 mg (1000% * RDA), vitamin C 20 mg (25% * RDA), biotin 500 µg (1000% * RDA), vitamin D3 10 µg (200% * RDA).

Powder based on hydrolysed collagen dissolves well in liquid — this is one of the advantages of the peptide form over whole protein. Water, juice, a smoothie or room-temperature milk all work for preparing it. Hot drinks are better avoided: high temperature can reduce the activity of some components, in particular vitamin C.
The NIKSEN formula already contains several vitamins: vitamin C, biotin, vitamin D3 and vitamin B5. If you are also taking a multivitamin complex or separate supplements with the same components, total intake may exceed the recommended levels. This is especially relevant for the fat-soluble vitamin D3, which accumulates in the body.
NIKSEN Kollageeni pepriidide pulber is a food supplement, not a medicine. Nevertheless, a number of situations call for a prior discussion with a doctor or pharmacist.
