The maximum daily dose (12 g) contains collagen peptides 11790 mg, hyaluronic acid 106 mg, vitamin B5 60 mg (1000% * RDA), vitamin C 20 mg (25% * RDA), biotin 500 µg (1000% * RDA), vitamin D3 10 µg (200% * RDA).
