Recommended daily dose and usage: Shake well before use. Adults and children over 14 years: take 25 ml daily, preferably with a glass of water or juice. Measure the amount using the provided measuring cap.

HERBIN BEAUTY COMPLEX is produced in liquid form in a 600 ml volume. Unlike powder, which has to be measured out and dissolved, or capsules, which some people find hard to swallow, the liquid format is ready to take as it is.
Vitamin C takes part in the body’s own synthesis of collagen — without it this process is disrupted. That is why it is often included in collagen complexes: it complements the peptides supplied from outside, supporting the conditions for normal connective tissue function. This is not a marketing decision but a biochemically justified combination.
The manufacturer does not specify strict time frames, but collagen complexes are traditionally taken in courses rather than as a one-off. This is because changes in the condition of skin, hair and nails are a gradual process, and the supplement works as part of the daily diet rather than as a quick-acting remedy.
