What is OstroVit Chaga VEGE
OstroVit Chaga VEGE is a food supplement with chaga mushroom extract in vegan capsules. People usually choose chaga products when they want to add a concentrated mushroom extract to their diet in a simple, measured form instead of using powders, teas or long-prepared decoctions.
Key components
The key active in this OstroVit mushroom extract is chaga standardized to 40% polysaccharides. The DER 20:1 ratio indicates a concentrated extract.
- 40% polysaccharides — standardized to provide a consistent amount of these naturally occurring mushroom compounds from batch to batch
- DER 20:1 — concentrated extract, so a smaller capsule can deliver more material than raw mushroom powder alone
Tradition and modern format
Chaga, also known as Inonotus obliquus, has a long history of use in northern regions, where mushroom infusions were traditionally prepared from raw material collected from birch trees. In a modern supplement such as OSTROVIT Chaga vege kapslid N60, that tradition is translated into a more practical capsule format that is easy to include in a balanced lifestyle. This can suit people who prefer clearly portioned botanical or mushroom extracts and want a product without animal-derived capsule shells.
Important notes
This food supplement is best seen as a plant-and-mushroom-based addition to an already varied diet, not as a replacement for food or a fast-result product.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding — consult a healthcare professional before use
- Taking medication — check with a healthcare professional before use
- Choosing mushroom extracts for a longer period — seek professional advice
