Product Overview
Planeta Zdorovia Chinese cordiceps 10 ml 10 ampoules is a liquid food supplement featuring Chinese cordyceps extract in single-dose ampoules. Cordyceps is a medicinal mushroom traditionally used in East Asian herbal practice during periods of:
- Fatigue
- Seasonal strain
- Heavy workloads
- Reduced resilience
This product offers a practical way to include a classic adaptogenic ingredient in your daily diet.
Key Components and Benefits
The main active component is Chinese cordyceps extract, which contains naturally occurring compounds such as polysaccharides and nucleoside-related substances. These are valued for their role in helping the body adapt to physical and mental load. Adaptogenic mushrooms are used to help the organism respond more steadily to:
- Stress
- Busy schedules
- Fluctuations in energy
Because of this, cordyceps is often associated with stamina, recovery, and immune balance rather than a fast, stimulating effect.
Format and Usage
The liquid format in 10 ml ampoules provides a convenient alternative to capsules or tablets. This pre-measured serving is ideal for:
- Travelling
- Demanding work periods
- Colder months
The formula is straightforward, consisting of cordyceps extract in demineralized water with fructose, avoiding unnecessary additional actives.
Important Considerations
This supplement may suit adults looking to add a traditional mushroom extract to their regimen, especially during high workloads, active training, or seasonal tiredness. To ensure safe use, please note the following:
- Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Consult a professional if you are taking medication or have an autoimmune condition.
- Avoid use if you are sensitive to mushroom-derived ingredients.

Customer Questions
Cordyceps extract comes in different formats — capsules, powder, tablets and liquid ampoules. With ampoules, the active substances are already in solution: there is nothing to dissolve or measure, and no need to wash it down with a lot of water. This is especially relevant for those who find capsules difficult to swallow, or for people with a busy schedule for whom simplicity matters.
Cordyceps extract is most often added to the diet in several situations:
As the product comes in single-dose 10 ml ampoules, the easiest approach is to link taking it to an existing habit — for example, breakfast or your first snack of the day. This reduces the risk of missing a dose on a busy day.
