Eeterlik õli Seedri 10 ml tootjalt Mirrolla on kontsentreeritud seedripuu eeterlik õli väikeses tilgutiga pudelis. Seedri eeterlikku õli saadakse aurudestillatsiooni teel okastest, koorest või puidust ning see on sajandeid olnud osa Põhja-Aasia ja Siberi traditsioonidest, kus seedrit on hinnatud tema vaigust, soojendava aroomi ja õhku puhastavate omaduste pärast.
Lõhn on iseloomulik metsane, vaigune ja pisut magus — paljud tajuvad seda maandava ja keskendumist soodustavana. Aroomis domineerivad looduslikud terpeenid, eelkõige alfa-pineen, sabineen ja seskviterpeenid, mis annavad seedriõlile selle tugeva iseloomu ning tüüpilise okaspuumetsa nüansi.
Kuidas seedriõli kasutada
- Aroomilamp või difuuser: 3–5 tilka, et täita ruum metsase lõhnaga — sobib hästi õhtuti, lugemisnurka või töötoa atmosfääri loomiseks.
- Saun ja aurusaun: mõni tilk saunaleilis annab klassikalise okaspuunoodi.
- Vannisegu: 4–6 tilka segatuna emulgaatoriga (meri- või Epsomi sool, piim, baasõli) enne vette lisamist.
- Massaažisegu: 2–4 tilka 10 ml baasõlis (mandel, jojoba, viinamarjaseemne).

Never apply undiluted essential oil directly to the skin. This product is a highly concentrated extract obtained via steam distillation from cedar needles, bark, or wood. Applying it neat can cause significant skin irritation, sensitization, or allergic reactions. To use it for massage or topical application, you must dilute it in a suitable carrier oil. The recommended ratio is 2–4 drops of cedar essential oil per 10 ml of carrier oil, such as sweet almond, jojoba, or grape seed oil. This dilution ensures the oil spreads evenly and reduces the risk of adverse reactions. Always perform a patch test on a small area of your inner forearm 24 hours before broader use to check for individual sensitivity. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and broken skin. If irritation occurs, wash the area with plenty of water and carrier oil; water alone may spread the essential oil further.
For bath use: Essential oils are hydrophobic and do not dissolve in water. Adding drops directly to bathwater can cause the oil to float on the surface and concentrate on your skin, leading to irritation. You must first mix 4–6 drops of cedar oil with an emulsifier such as Epsom salt, sea salt, whole milk, or a carrier oil. Stir this mixture thoroughly before adding it to the bathwater to ensure even distribution. For sauna use: Add a few drops of the oil to the hot stones or pour it onto the sauna heater's designated oil tray. This releases the characteristic woody, resinous aroma into the steam. Do not pour undiluted oil directly onto bare skin or into cold water in the sauna. The oil's primary components, including alpha-pinene and sabinene, create a grounding, forest-like atmosphere suitable for relaxation or focused work environments.
Proper storage is critical for preserving the integrity of essential oils. Cedar oil contains volatile terpenes that can degrade when exposed to heat, light, and oxygen. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, such as a cupboard or drawer. Ensure the dropper cap is tightly sealed after every use to minimize air exposure, which causes oxidation and alters the scent profile. Keep the bottle out of reach of children and pets, as ingestion or accidental contact can be harmful. The product is not a food supplement or medicine; it is intended for aromatic and topical use only. Avoid storing it in the bathroom where humidity and temperature fluctuations are common, as this can accelerate degradation. A stable, dark environment will help maintain the oil's characteristic woody and sweet notes for longer.
