What This Spray Is For
vom Pullach Hof Body Care Spray with Glucosamine is a body spray designed for massage and skin application on areas that feel overworked after exercise, long hours at a desk, gardening, travel, or other physical strain. People usually choose this kind of product when they want a non-greasy format that spreads quickly, is easy to apply to larger zones, and can be worked into the skin with a short massage.
Key Ingredients
- Glucosamine — used as a conditioning ingredient in formulas aimed at tense, tired-feeling areas; often paired with massage because the mechanical action helps the product distribute evenly and creates a warming, loosening sensation.
- Essential oils — commonly added for their aromatic and skin-soothing effect, giving the spray a light, pleasant character.
Practical Format and When to Use It
The spray application makes this product easy to use on larger areas. It suits people who want something convenient to keep at home, in a gym bag, or at work. Typical situations include:
- After training or exercise
- After long periods of sitting at a desk
- Whenever the body feels stiff and in need of a little extra attention
Apply to shoulders, neck, back, knees, calves, or other spots that feel stressed, then gently massage in. It fits well alongside stretching, a warm shower, or manual massage.
Cautions
This cosmetic is meant for external use and for skin feel rather than medical purposes. Please note:
- If your skin is sensitive, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, use extra caution — essential oils can be intense for some people.
- Avoid broken or irritated skin and the eye area.
- Stop using if redness, burning, or another unwanted reaction appears.

Customer Questions
Yes, the shoulders, neck, back, knees, and calves are typical areas mentioned for this type of spray. After a long run, your legs and feet can feel tired and stiff. The spray bottle makes it easy to apply the non-greasy formula over the larger surface area of your calves, thighs, and the soles of your feet. Spray a light mist onto the skin, then use your hands to gently massage it in. The mechanical action of massaging helps the product, which contains glucosamine as a conditioning ingredient, distribute evenly. This combination of the spray and massage can create a warming, loosening sensation. It fits well into a post-run routine, perhaps after a warm shower or alongside some light stretching. For your feet, pay extra attention to the arches and heels. Always avoid broken skin or any cuts you might have from running.
Yes, the product description specifically lists "after long periods of sitting at a desk" as a typical situation for use. If your shoulders and neck feel tight and overworked, this spray offers a convenient format. You can keep it at your desk or in a bag. To use, spray it directly onto the tense area of your shoulders or the back of your neck. The non-greasy formula means it won't leave a residue on your clothes if you apply it before a shirt dries. Gently massage it into the skin with your fingers. The combination of the glucosamine in the formula and the physical massage can help create a warming, loosening feeling. You can use it whenever you feel the need for some relief—this could be once during a long workday or a few times if the stiffness returns. It's not a substitute for proper ergonomics or regular movement breaks, but it can be a helpful part of your routine for managing daily tension. If you have sensitive skin, do a patch test first, as the essential oils in the formula can be intense for some.
The key ingredients are glucosamine, used for conditioning, and essential oils, which provide aroma and a skin-soothing effect. For individuals with sensitive skin, the essential oils are the primary component to be cautious about. Their concentrated nature can sometimes cause redness, tingling, or a burning sensation on reactive skin. Before your first full application, it is strongly advised to perform a patch test. Spray a small amount on the inside of your forearm or behind your ear, and wait 24 hours to see if any unwanted reaction develops. If your skin is generally sensitive, or if you have conditions like eczema or rosacea, you may want to be extra cautious or consult a dermatologist. The product is for external use only and must be kept away from the eye area. If you experience any redness, burning, or irritation after use, discontinue application immediately. The caution also extends if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as skin sensitivity can change during these times.
