Beet puree soup 30g - Kompas Zdorovja

What Is This Product

Peedipüreesupp 30g by Kompas Zdorovja is an instant beetroot purée soup in a single-serving sachet. Just add hot water, stir, and within a couple of minutes you have a warm bowl of soup ready to eat. It is designed for people who want a quick, light meal without spending time at the stove — at the office, while traveling, hiking, or simply at home on a busy evening.

Key Ingredients and Composition

The base of the recipe is beetroot, a vegetable valued in Baltic and Eastern European cuisine for centuries. Beetroot naturally contains:

• Betalains — the pigments responsible for its deep red colour
• Dietary fibre — present in the finely processed purée format
• Folates and potassium — naturally occurring in beetroot

In a purée format the vegetable is finely processed, so the texture is smooth and easy to digest, which many people prefer when they want something gentle on the stomach.

How the Instant Format Works

The instant format works through dehydration: the cooked vegetable base is dried into a fine powder that quickly rehydrates in hot water. This preserves much of the colour and flavour while keeping the sachet light and shelf-stable, without the need for refrigeration or preservatives typical of canned soups. One 30 g pouch makes a single bowl, which makes portion control straightforward.

Who It Suits and When to Use It

This soup fits well into a variety of everyday situations. It is a convenient option for:

• Students and office workers looking for a quick warm meal

• Anyone following a lighter eating plan or reduced-calorie menu
• Those wanting a warming starter before the main course
• People on lighter eating days or fasting periods, depending on personal preferences
