According to the card, the “Orange” cereal bar is suitable for a daily snack, and the 25 g size is convenient to take along to work, on a trip, to school or to training; it is a source of carbohydrates. It contains wheat, oats and rye (gluten) and is not suitable for people with coeliac disease, gluten intolerance or wheat allergy; use it as part of a varied and balanced diet. Per 100 g: protein 3.6 g, fat 12 g, carbohydrates 64 g, 378 kcal.
