Vaseline has a softening effect on the epithelial layer of the skin. When used externally, it helps restore the hydrolipidic protective mantle of the skin. Prevents fluid loss from skin cells, eliminates peeling and cracks.

- Cosmetic vaseline forms a light protective film on the skin.
