The acupuncture pillow is a contoured cervical cushion whose cotton cover is studded with 50 ABS plastic stimulating elements, each bearing 33 rounded contact points. Designed to be placed under the neck and head, the pillow supports the natural cervical curve while the contact tips apply broad, even tactile pressure across the skin of the neck area. This stimulation promotes local blood circulation and produces a warming, relaxing effect in the upper back and neck muscles.
The compact design (30 × 23 × 9.5 cm) makes the pillow equally suited to home use, travel or office. The cotton cover is removable for washing.
Dimensions: 30 × 23 × 9.5 cm
Stimulating elements: 50 pieces, 33 contact points each
Material: 100% cotton (cover), ABS plastic (elements), polyurethane foam (filling)
Use: Place on a bed or flat surface. Rest the neck and head on the pillow for 15–30 minutes as needed. For first-time use, begin with 5–10 minutes. A thin cotton cloth may be placed between skin and pillow to reduce intensity.
Warnings: Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Consult a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or if you have a cervical spine condition. Not for unsupervised use by children. This is a wellness accessory, not a medical device.
Storage conditions: Keep dry and away from direct sunlight. Machine-wash cover on a gentle cycle; do not tumble-dry.

Product description
Planeta Zdorovia acupuncture pillow 30x23x9.5 cm is a neck acupressure pillow designed for people who spend long hours at a desk, feel stiffness in the shoulder area after work, or simply want a short moment of deep relaxation at home or while travelling. Its contoured shape helps cradle the natural curve of the neck, while the surface applies gentle, evenly distributed pressure to the skin.
Key components and benefits
The effect comes from mechanical stimulation rather than heat or electronics. The 50 ABS plastic elements, each with 33 rounded points, create many small contact zones at once. This broad tactile input encourages local microcirculation and often produces a gradual warming sensation in the neck and upper back area. Many people also find that this type of pressure helps the muscles let go more easily after prolonged sitting or screen time. Because the points are rounded rather than sharp, the sensation is intense but meant to stay tolerable, especially when use is increased step by step.
- 50 ABS plastic elements, each with 33 rounded points
- Rounded points provide gentle pressure
- Foam filling gives structure without becoming rigid
- Cotton cover feels breathable against the skin
When and how to use
This kind of applicator is usually chosen by adults who prefer simple physical methods for relaxation: for example, after commuting, after computer use, or when the neck feels tense from static posture. Sensitivity varies from person to person, so it is sensible to begin with shorter sessions or place a thin fabric layer between the skin and the pillow until the sensation feels acceptable.

Cautions
This is a wellness accessory, not a medical device. Avoid using it on irritated or damaged skin. If you are pregnant, have a cervical spine problem, or are unsure whether pressure on the neck area is suitable for you, it is wise to ask a qualified health professional before use.

Customer Questions
The pillow works through mechanical acupressure rather than heat or electronics. Its 50 ABS plastic nodules each contain 33 rounded points, creating many small contact zones on the skin at once. This broad tactile stimulation encourages local microcirculation, which often produces a gradual warming sensation in the neck and upper back. The rounded points provide an intense but tolerable pressure, helping muscles release after prolonged sitting or screen time. To start, place a thin fabric layer between the skin and the pillow if the sensation feels too strong, and begin with short sessions. Gradually increase the duration as comfort improves.
The pillow is designed for routine, daily use by adults who prefer simple physical relaxation methods. Because individual sensitivity varies, start with brief sessions—typically 5‑10 minutes—while monitoring how your neck responds. If the pressure feels too intense, place a thin fabric barrier between the skin and the pillow, or reduce the session length until the sensation becomes acceptable.
The product’s construction combines three main materials. The outer cover is made from cotton, providing a breathable surface against the skin. Inside, 50 ABS plastic elements each hold 33 rounded points, delivering the acupressure effect. The core is filled with foam, which gives the pillow its shape while remaining soft enough to conform to the neck’s curve.
