Fresh apples of local varieties are processed into puree, then the fruit mass is spread in a thin layer, dried in ovens, sliced into sheets, and packaged. The package weighs 0.8 kg and contains 40+/-5 candies, with each candy weighing 18-20 g. Please note: the packing of pastilles into the box is done automatically, and the quantity of different flavors may vary, with the possibility of some flavors being completely absent.
