"ALTEJA" Must pääsiku, seedri käbi, pune, naistepuna tee on Eesti väiketootja Alteja koostatud taimetee, mis ühendab nelja tugeva maitse ja iseloomuga komponenti. See on klassikaline metsa- ja niidumaitsete kompositsioon, mida hinnatakse pigem rahuliku õhtu kui hommikuse turgutuse joogina.
Koostisosad ja nende iseloom
- Must paakspuu (pääsuke) — rikastab maitsepaletti tumedamate, maalähedaste varjunditega.
- Seedrikäbi — annab joogile sügava, vaigust ja okastest tuleva tooni. Siberi ja Põhja-Euroopa traditsioonis on seda kasutatud sajandeid soojendava taimejoogina külmal aastaajal.
- Pune (Origanum vulgare) — toob teele pehme, veidi pipraka aroomi ning on Eestis üks tuntumaid teetaimi.
- Naistepuna (Hypericum perforatum) — lisab kergelt mõrkjat nooti ja annab tõmmisele iseloomuliku kuldpunaka värvi.
Kuidas teed valmistada
- Võta lusikatäis segu.
- Vala peale kuum, kuid mitte enam keev vesi.
- Lase tõmmata 7–10 minutit kaane all, et eeterlikud õlid säiliksid.
- Lisa maitse järgi mett või sidrunit.
Pakend 80 g jätkub regulaarsel joomisel mitmeks nädalaks. Tee sobib õhtutundideks — lugemise või vaikse vestluse juurde.

ALTEJA Must pääsiku, seedri käbi, pune, naistepuna tee combines four strongly characterful botanicals, so the taste is more layered than a simple single-herb infusion. Black alder buckthorn contributes darker, earthy tones, cedar cone gives a deeper resinous note reminiscent of needles and forest aromas, oregano adds a soft slightly peppery fragrance, and St John’s wort brings a light bitterness together with a golden-red colour in the cup.
To prepare this tea, take one spoonful of the herbal mixture and pour over hot water that is no longer actively boiling. Let it infuse for 7–10 minutes under a lid. The covered steeping time matters here because the blend contains aromatic plants: oregano gives a gently peppery scent, while cedar cone contributes resinous, needle-like notes that can be more noticeable when volatile aromas are not allowed to escape immediately.
This tea contains St John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum), so it deserves more attention than a basic herbal drink. St John’s wort may affect the action of certain medicines, including antidepressants, hormonal preparations and medicines that influence blood clotting. For that reason, it is not a tea to start drinking regularly without checking compatibility if you use prescription or long-term medication.
