60-SELT 30-NI is a warming gel-patch in a convenient 75 ml format from the Russian manufacturer KorolevFarm. Unlike a classic adhesive plaster, it is applied like a thick gel: you spread a layer on the skin, it dries into a thin breathable film and stays in place for several hours, gradually releasing its active substances. People usually reach for it after physical effort, long hours at a desk, garden work or training, when the lower back, neck, shoulders or knees feel tense and heavy.
The product works through a combination of warming and distracting agents traditionally used in topical formulas for muscles and joints. Substances such as capsaicin-type extracts, camphor, menthol and essential oils stimulate the skin's thermoreceptors. The brain reads this as gentle heat, local blood flow in the area increases, and the sensation of stiffness softens. This is a purely surface, sensory effect — the gel does not enter the bloodstream in any significant amount and does not act on joints from the inside.
