Water Out N90 contains guarana, which provides caffeine: one capsule contains 11 mg. If you already consume caffeine from coffee, tea or other sources, your total for the day may be higher than usual. For most healthy adults, moderate caffeine intake does not cause problems, but with increased sensitivity it may show up as a faster heartbeat, anxiety or sleep disturbances.
Water Out N90 is a plant-based complex which, according to the product description, reduces appetite and helps control weight, while the green tea in its composition speeds up metabolism.
