The olive oil-based warming balm Arthro-Term is a cosmetic product for external use. The balm can be used to relieve pain associated with joint diseases (osteoarthritis), spinal issues (osteochondrosis), muscle aches (myalgia), including those resulting from physical strain, injuries, and sprains. Arthro-Term balm provides a warming effect due to a complex of active substances of natural origin. It is recommended for local application in the area of the spine, muscles, and joints.
Components of Arthro-Term balm:
The preparation contains the following active components: capsicum oil extract; essential oils of tea tree, fir, camphor; extracts of ginseng, boswellia, cinnamon; tocopherol, retinol.
Capsicum extract is known as a local irritant active component with its own analgesic effect. Widely used in the pharmaceutical industry as part of local analgesic ointments. The analgesic and warming effect (increased blood circulation at the site of application) is due to the active substance capsaicin. The olive oil extract of capsicum used in Arthro-Term balm is standardized for capsaicin (contains an exact amount of the active substance).
Fir and tea tree oils promote the penetration of active substances into tissues and have their own effects: weak local anesthetic and analgesic.
Camphor oil is a locally irritant component, the action of which is enhanced and supplemented by the essential oils included in the balm.
Ginseng extract, when applied externally, has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects in muscle and joint pain, due to its high content of active substances (glycoproteins).
Boswellia extract is known as an effective anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent widely used in traditional Eastern medicine. When applied externally, it reduces swelling of soft tissues and helps reduce pain in muscle and joint pain.
Cinnamon extract (cinnamon tree) has pronounced anti-inflammatory activity, with the mechanism of action similar to that of synthetic drugs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). The anti-inflammatory activity is closely related to the pain-relieving effect of cinnamon extract, which allows its use as an active component in external agents used in osteochondrosis and osteoarthritis.

The complex composition of Arthro-Term balm primarily contributes to reducing pain sensations during exacerbations of joint and spinal diseases (osteochondrosis, osteoarthritis), soft tissue and joint injuries, muscle aches (myalgia). When used externally, the product exhibits local irritant, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects, which contribute to improving the condition of the joints, reducing swelling of periarticular tissues, increasing mobility, and reducing pain.
Application of Arthro-Term balm:
The olive oil-based warming balm Arthro-Term is applied to the skin in the painful area in a small amount and evenly distributed without rubbing. The product is used as needed 2-3 times a day. The warming effect of the balm can be enhanced by applying a woolen bandage to the site of application.
