Recommended Use

VITATEKA Astelpajuõli 100 ml is intended for internal and external use. To take it orally, you can take it from a spoon or mix it with yoghurt, porridge, cottage cheese or another small portion of cold food. The sunflower base makes the taste milder, and the liquid form means you do not need capsules. It is best not to add the oil to hot dishes: when strongly heated, oils change their taste and properties, so it is more practical to add it to food that is already prepared.
VITATEKA sea buckthorn oil can be used in external care when the skin needs a richer emollient, for example on areas with noticeable dryness or a feeling of tightness. Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and spread it in a thin layer. It is best to start with a small amount: the oil has a rich texture, so any excess can stay on the surface of the skin for a long time and transfer to clothing or bed linen.
