Vitaon-V spray-balm works through a combination of an oil base and a complex of plant extracts that provide a softening, protective, and soothing effect on the skin and mucous membranes. The formula is based on caprylic/capric triglycerides (coconut oil derivatives), which form a thin protective film on the surface. This film helps reduce transepidermal water loss, minimizes dryness, and protects tissues from external factors (cold, wind, dry air).
Plant extracts play a key role in care. Chamomile and calendula are known for their anti-inflammatory and soothing properties, helping to reduce redness and irritation. St. John's wort and yarrow promote skin regeneration and can support the healing process of minor injuries. Extracts of wormwood, fennel, and caraway have a mild antiseptic effect, helping to maintain the skin and mucous membranes. Coniferous plant extracts (Pinus Sylvestris) and rosehip contain biologically active substances and antioxidants that help protect cells from oxidative stress and support overall skin health. This is especially important when exposed to adverse environmental factors.
