Ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; B-complex blend: niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), riboflavin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine (thiamine mononitrate), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin (D-biotin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin 0.1%); capsule shell: bovine gelatin, purified water.

Allergen information: May contain: milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten, eggs, crustaceans, and fish.

Recommended daily intake and usage: Adults: 1 capsule per day with water.
