"Vitateka" Validol Spray 20 ml, food supplement
Ingredients: ethyl alcohol, menthol solution in menthyl ester of isovaleric acid, water. Alc. 85% vol.
Net quantity: 20 ml
Recommended daily intake and dosage: Recommended one spray 4 times a day. Spray into the oral cavity (preferably under the tongue).
Content per daily dose: One spray contains 15 mg of menthol solution in menthyl ester of isovaleric acid. Four sprays contain 60 mg.

Classic Validol comes as tablets that have to be held under the tongue until they have fully dissolved. The spray works differently: one press, and the formula is instantly distributed over the lining of the mouth. There is no need to wash anything down, wait for it to dissolve or prepare in advance.
As a general rule at most EU airlines and airports, liquids in hand luggage are allowed in containers of no more than 100 ml, packed in a transparent resealable bag with a capacity of up to 1 litre. The 20 ml Vitateka Validool Spray bottle formally fits within this limit.
The label gives no specific age restrictions, but because of the high alcohol content (85% vol.) the spray should not be given to children and teenagers.
