Common garden sage (Salvia officinalis) is a Mediterranean aromatic herb from the Lamiaceae family, with a rich profile of essential oils (thujone, camphor, cineole), flavonoids (luteolin, apigenin, salvigenin), phenolic acids (rosmarinic acid, caffeic acid) and tannins. In oral care cosmetics, sage extract is traditionally valued for its astringent properties and its contribution to the care of the gum area. Propolis (bee resin) is a complex resinous substance collected by honeybees from tree bark and buds, containing flavonoids (pinocembrin, chrysin, ferulic acid) and wax. Very fine jasper dust serves as a gentle, non-abrasive polishing mineral for the enamel surface. The formula provides effective daily cleansing, freshens breath and cares for sensitive teeth and gums.
