This liquid iron food supplement combines bioavailable iron in the form of ferrous lactate with nettle (Urtica dioica) and carrot extracts, along with a supporting vitamin complex of vitamins C, B2, B6, and B12. Each 10 ml serving provides iron at 50% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV), alongside vitamins at the same proportion. The liquid format allows for easy dose measurement and quick absorption.
Iron is an essential mineral that contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue — all authorized EU health claims (Regulation 432/2012). Nettle extract, itself a natural source of iron, contributes to the botanical background of the formula. Vitamin C enhances dietary iron absorption and contributes to normal immune function. Vitamins B2, B6, and B12 support normal red blood cell formation and energy metabolism. Carrot extract provides a natural source of beta-carotene and antioxidants.

USE: Shake before use. Children aged 3–12: 10 ml once per day (one tablespoon). Adults: 10 ml twice per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
