SWANSON Niacinamide 500 mg is a food supplement containing niacin in the form of vitamin B3 as niacinamide. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and helps maintain normal skin and mucous membranes.
NET QUANTITY: 250 capsules
INGREDIENTS: niacinamide (vitamin B3), rice flour; capsule shell: gelatin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b).
RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE AND DOSAGE: Adults take 1 capsule daily with water.
CONTENT PER DAILY DOSE:
- Niacin (as niacinamide) - 500 mg NE (3125% NRV*)
*NRV - nutrient reference value for adults.
WARNINGS: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of children.
