Evalar Shiitake is a dietary supplement developed by the Russian pharmaceutical company Evalar, formulated with a combination of shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes) powder and shiitake extract, enhanced with vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). It is a rich natural source of beta-glucans, lentinan (a polysaccharide), ergosterol (a precursor to vitamin D), B vitamins and essential amino acids.
