What Is Sangaste Flower Pollen

SANGASTE Õietolm 100 g is natural bee-collected flower pollen harvested in Estonia, in the Sangaste region known for its long tradition of beekeeping and clean meadow landscapes. Pollen is gathered by honeybees from a wide variety of flowering plants and brought back to the hive as small golden granules, where it serves as the main protein source for the colony. For people, it has been used for generations as a concentrated natural food rich in plant-based nutrients.

A Naturally Dense Composition

The interesting thing about flower pollen is how dense its composition is for such a small granule. Because bees collect it from many different plants, the nutrient profile is more varied than that of a single herb or seed — each granule is essentially a tiny multi-component food.
