Ingredients:
Rosmarinus officinalis Leaf Oil (rosemary essential oil).
Directions:
- Aroma lamp/diffuser: 3–5 drops per ~15 m².
- Bath: 3–5 drops pre-mixed with an emulsifier (salt, honey, milk).
- Massage: 15–20 drops per 100 ml of carrier oil.
- Rub/application: 7 drops per 10 ml of carrier oil.
- Compresses/lotions: 5 drops per 100 ml of water.
- Enriching creams/masks/toners: 1–3 drops per 5 ml of base.
Warnings:
- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
- Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use if sensitive to any component.
- Perform a 24-hour patch test before first use.
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Store at +5ºC…+25ºC in a tightly closed bottle, in a dry, dark place, out of reach of children.

This is a 100% pure, concentrated essential oil, which means it should not be applied directly to your skin, even after a shower. Pure essential oils are too potent for direct contact and can cause skin reactions. For safe body application, you must dilute it in a neutral carrier oil first.
